Welcome to the Litecoin Register. This guide explains how to navigate the dashboard, filter data, and understand the metrics we track.
The Litecoin Register is an open-source, community-maintained database tracking the world’s largest Litecoin portfolios. We monitor public companies, investment funds, government reserves, exchanges, and ecosystem projects to provide a real-time view of institutional Litecoin adoption.
Disclaimer: The Litecoin Register is not a broker-dealer, financial advisor, or regulated financial entity. Data is gathered from public filings, blockchain analytics, and voluntary disclosures. It may be incomplete, outdated, or erroneous. Do not use this dashboard for making investment decisions.
At the top of the page, you will find five summary tiles. These metrics update instantly whenever you change your sector filters.
You can customize the dashboard using the Sector Checkboxes located above the data table. However, under the hood, the Litecoin Register categorizes entities using a strict taxonomy of Sectors, Subsectors, Regions, and Countries.
sidechain, defi, collectible
public-company
seizure
single-asset, index-fund
proof-of-reserves, hot-wallet
united-states, canadaeurozone, swedenunited-arab-emirates(Note: When filtering, multi-word terms are hyphenated in lowercase. For example: public-company or north-america).
Every time you click a filter or change the time range, the URL in your browser updates automatically. You can share this URL to send someone an exact view of the dashboard.
For advanced users, you can manually craft URLs using parameters that go beyond the standard UI checkboxes. Multiple values can be separated by commas.
?sector= Filters the dashboard to specific sectors or subsectors.
/?sector=investment,treasury/?sector=public-company?region= Filters the dashboard by geographic region or specific country.
/?region=north-america/?region=sweden,canada?include= Forces specific entities to appear, regardless of other filters. Uses the entity’s profile slug.
/?include=ltcn,lits?exclude= Removes specific entities from the dashboard entirely.
/?exclude=mwebCombined Example: To view all North American public companies, while explicitly excluding a specific entity, your URL would look like this:
/?sector=public-company®ion=north-america&exclude=lits
To view aggregate holdings over time, click the “Show Historical Holdings Chart” toggle. (Note: This is hidden by default to ensure the page loads lightning-fast on mobile devices).
The main table lists every tracked entity based on your active filters, ranked by their total holdings.
The Litecoin Register is built by enthusiasts, for the community.
